Shawn Patterson -
Shawn Patterson has been in the custom home building industry for the past twenty plus years. Shawn has spent over five years as a Project Manager for a large custom home builder in the Lake Norman Area. There he built over thirty plus custom homes in Northview Harbour, Sailview, The Point and other distinguished neighborhoods throughout the Lake Norman area.
Shawn was also a dedicated employee of Carolina Building Services, a supplier and manufacturer of custom home building products. His position consisted of Management, Sales, Business Growth & Development, and Installation. Shawn also assisted in creating new branches of Carolina Building Services in the Raleigh, Greensboro, Greenville, and Atlanta markets.
Shawn Patterson is also a carpenter by trade. He started in construction when he was just a teenager from framing to interior trim. Carpentry and Blacksmithing has run in his family for generations. To this day Shawn still enjoys putting on his tool belt. A lot of the custom wood work and beam work in his homes are done by him personally.
Shawn and his supportive family are currently living in their third custom home. His family consists of a very dedicated wife, Kim. She is the Office Manager for Cobble Creek Custom Homes, LLC. She handles payroll, invoicing, contracts, insurance and other important office duties. She also helps in the selection process of building the homes. She brings experience from her previous job as Office Manager with IBM. Both Shawn and Kim have two beautiful children, Katelynn and Mason. They like spending their free time outside on their small farm enjoying the company of their great friends and family.
