Shawn Patterson was in charge of finishing the basement of our new home in the spring of 2003. We were very impressed with his knowledge and ability to get the work done promptly. He is very dependable, organized, and a really hard worker. He completed the project early and we were very happy with the outcome. Our basement which is approximately 2200 sq. ft. looks no different than the rest of our house. The most important factor we found in Shawn was his ability to follow through on his promises. We have found many builders who promise you the world, but once you’ve signed a contract, you get lost in the shuffle. Shawn Patterson does not fall into that category. If we ever build another home, he will be the first on our list for sure. -

The idea of moving to NC and building a home long distance with no knowledge of a good builder was a big concern.
